It is an action game in which eight fictional wrestlers appear and use a variety of wrestling techniques to defeat their opponents. Although the game was designed to look down on the entire ring, as was the norm for wrestling games up to that time, it was possible to perform a wide variety of techniques such as the diving headbutt, the spinning toe hold, the small package hold, and pinfalls from powerbombs.
