The joystick has scuffs on the back side, but overall, it is in great condition. An official adapter and unofficial cable are included. The box and instruction manual are not included.
Because Neo Geo CD uses a constant-speed drive, it takes longer to read a disc than the Sega Saturn or PlayStation.
