Used. Working. Tested. No instruction manual. Compatible with NTSC-J and NTSC-U/C versions. It is not possible to activate the PAL version of the cartridge because the output method is different. 

Console is scuffed and scratched. The controller is scuffed. Official adapter and cable are included. Protective case (foam steel) has partial cracks, stains, and chips. The package box has scuffs, corner wear, partial tears, creases, and stains.
