SEGA Dreamcast Console HKT-3000 Boxed W/strap [NTSC-J]

Used. Tested. Working. Box and serial numbers do not match. Works only in NTSC-J format. Does not include inner box for controller and  Dream Passport.

Console and controller have scuffs and minor scratches.
Includes power adapter, cable, visual memory unit (no batteries), instruction manual, insert, and strap. The inner box has a tear mark. Outer box has scuffs, folds, corner wear, scratches, and small tears.
