The Action RPG & Adventure Collection

A Word from the Curator

This exhibit is dedicated to a genre that puts you directly in the hero's shoes. The Action RPG & Adventure collection celebrates games that blend the thrill of real-time combat with the epic scope of a grand quest. Here, every sword swing, every puzzle solved, is a direct result of your own skill.

The prime example is, of course, The Legend of Zelda. It gave us a vast world to explore, dungeons to conquer, and the freedom to forge our own path. This collection honors the games that made us feel not like we were just controlling a character, but that we *were* the character, on the adventure of a lifetime.
