Pick the country we are shipping to. Each guide covers the three things that decide whether a Japanese console actually works once it reaches your home: the mains voltage where you live, the video signal your TV expects, and what happens at customs.

What is true wherever you are

  • Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $100 USD. There is no excluded country and no upper limit on the value we will send.
  • Import duty and tax depend on where you live. For the United States we collect them at checkout and pay them for you. Everywhere else — including the UK and the EU — we are not registered to collect your country’s import tax, so it is charged separately when the parcel arrives, together with your carrier’s handling fee.

Go by where the parcel is delivered, not by where your card was issued. If your country is not listed above, the European Union guide is the closest match for 220-240V countries and the United States guide for 100-120V countries — and you are welcome to ask us before you order.
