Pick the country we are shipping to. Each guide covers the three things that decide whether a Japanese console actually works once it reaches your home: the mains voltage where you live, the video signal your TV expects, and what happens at customs.

What is true wherever you are

  • Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD that include a console, except to Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru. Games and accessories ordered on their own are charged shipping, whatever the total. Those four are charged shipping on every order, because shipping to South America costs far more. There is no upper limit on the value we will send.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the price and not collected at checkout — for every country, including the United States. Your country’s customs decides the amount, and the carrier will ask you to pay it before or at delivery. The carrier may also charge its own fee for handling customs. Rules differ by country and can change, so we can’t tell you the exact amount in advance.

Go by where the parcel is delivered, not by where your card was issued. If your country is not listed above, the European Union guide is the closest match for 220-240V countries and the United States guide for 100-120V countries — and you are welcome to ask us before you order.
