We want you to be happy with your console. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Return window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery, including when you simply change your mind.
• Items must include all accessories and be in the same condition.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@enjoygamejapan.online with your order number and a brief description.
2. We email you return instructions and our return address.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Customers in the European Union

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. This comes in addition to our 30-day returns, so customers in the EU can also return an item within 30 days of delivery.

Warranty

All consoles are cleaned, inspected, and gameplay-tested. If you have a problem within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will make it right.
