Customs & Import Duties

We do not collect or pay import duties or taxes for any country. Nothing for duties is added to your price or at checkout.

If your country charges import duties, VAT/GST or a customs handling fee, you pay them under your own country's rules — usually to the carrier, before or at delivery.

The amount is decided by your country's customs, not by us, so we cannot tell you in advance what it will be. Your national customs office can tell you how it works where you live.

This is the same for every country we ship to, including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values. If a carrier presents a charge that looks wrong, send us the paperwork and we will look into it with you.
