FAQ

Will it work in my country?

Power is 100 V (Japan). It generally works in 110–120 V regions; for 220–240 V regions, use a step-down transformer. Video is NTSC-J composite. See our Country Guide for details.

What video outputs can I use?

The console outputs NTSC-J composite by default. With the Nintendo multi-out you can also use RGB or S-Video if your cable and display/upscaler support it (cables not included unless noted).

Will it work on a modern HDTV?

Many TVs still accept composite. For best results, use a compatible upscaler (e.g., RetroTINK/OSSC) with the correct cable for your setup.

Shipping, taxes, and delivery time

We ship from Japan via FedEx, DHL or EMS. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Import taxes/duties are paid by the buyer according to your country’s rules.

Can you bundle items or combine shipping?

Yes—add items to cart and check out together. If you need a custom bundle (e.g., console + specific games), message us.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We can accept returns only for initial defects (within 30 days). Please check exact-unit photos before buying if you are sensitive about cosmetics.

Languages and manuals

Hardware and manuals are typically Japanese unless noted. We provide simple setup guidance in English on request.
