FAQ

Will it work in my country?

Power depends on the set. Sets that come with a USB power cable need no step-down transformer in any country (USB charger not included). Items that come with the original Japanese 100 V adapter need a step-down transformer outside Japan, the US included. The description says which power supply this item comes with. Video is NTSC-J composite. See our Country Guide for details.

What video outputs can I use?

The console outputs NTSC-J composite by default. With the Nintendo multi-out you can also use RGB or S-Video if your cable and display/upscaler support it (cables not included unless noted).

Will it work on a modern HDTV?

Many TVs still accept composite. For best results, use a compatible upscaler (e.g., RetroTINK/OSSC) with the correct cable for your setup.

Shipping, taxes, and delivery time

We ship from Japan by UPS, or Japan Post for small parcels (sometimes FedEx or DHL), with tracking. Ships in 1–3 business days. After that, UPS usually takes 2–5 business days, and Japan Post usually takes 1–3 weeks. Import taxes/duties are paid by the buyer according to your country’s rules.

Can you bundle items or combine shipping?

Yes—add items to cart and check out together. If you need a custom bundle (e.g., console + specific games), message us.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind. You pay the return shipping cost. Please check the photos of the exact item before you buy if the look matters to you.
