Used. Tested and working.
The serial numbers on the console, retail box, and instruction manual all match. Compatible with Japanese PC Engine HuCARD games.

The console shows scuffs and small surface scratches from normal use.
The controller has scuffs and scratches from regular use. The I and II buttons on the controller show noticeable yellowing. The controller features a built-in turbo (rapid-fire) function.

Included items: instruction manual, additional paperwork, original AC power adapter, and original AV cable.

The styrofoam inner tray shows dirt, marks, and wear.
The outer box shows wear such as scuffs, scratches, corner wear, tape marks, partial surface peeling, and light staining.
