Why these three? A perfect Super Famicom afternoon in one box: the precision of Rockman X, the jaw-dropping craft of Donkey Kong (Country 2), and the pure silliness of Gokujou Parodius. Focus, wonder, and laughter — the three gifts a great console gives. Cleaned and tested by hand in Japan. — The shopkeeper

Used. Tested and working.
All images on this product page are sample images.
This console operates normally and is compatible with NTSC-J (Japan region) games.

The console and both controllers show scuffs, scratches, and slight yellowing from age.
Includes a USB power cable and a third-party AV cable. Box and instruction manual are not included.

Included are three original Super Famicom game cartridges:

Rockman X (Mega Man X)
Super Donkey Kong 2 (Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest)
Gokujou Parodius!

Note: Cartridges only – no boxes or manuals are included. The cartridges have scuffs, scratches, and yellowing from normal use. All game cartridges are in Japanese language.

These are authentic Japanese versions of Rockman X (Mega Man X), Super Donkey Kong 2 (Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest), and Gokujou Parodius! for the Super Famicom (known as the Super Nintendo Entertainment System in other regions). Ideal for collectors and retro gaming fans who want to experience the original Japanese editions of these classic action platform and shooting games from Capcom, Nintendo, and Konami.

🎮 Add a game — it travels in the same box as your console.

We’re shipping your Super Famicom anyway, so any game you add rides along in the same box for just $3 more shipping each. Shipping is free to most countries once your order includes a console and reaches $100. Make it a full evening — browse in-stock Super Famicom games & more →

What You Will Actually Pay

Nothing appears later that is not listed here.

The item — $119.57. That is the price on this page.
Shipping from Japan — $10.50 to most countries, plus $3 for each additional game, accessory, book or CD. Ordered together with a console, it ships free once the order reaches $100; games and accessories ordered on their own are charged shipping, whatever the total. One exception. Shipping to Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Peru is $15.00, plus $3 for each additional item, on every order, because shipping to South America costs far more. The exact figure for your address appears at checkout, before you pay.
Import duties and taxes. Not included in the price and not collected at checkout — for every country, including the United States. Your country’s customs decides the amount, and the carrier will ask you to pay it before or at delivery. The carrier may also charge its own fee for handling customs. Rules differ by country and can change, so we can’t tell you the exact amount in advance. If a carrier ever presents a charge that looks wrong, send us the paperwork and we will look into it with you.

We have one of these. It is the unit in the photographs above — not a stock image, and not one of several.

It leaves Japan within 1–3 business days of your payment, with a tracking number sent to you by email.

FAQ

Will it work in my country?

Power comes from a USB power cable: plug it into a USB charger (not included). No step-down transformer is needed in any country. Video is NTSC-J composite. See our Country Guide for details.

What video outputs can I use?

The console outputs NTSC-J composite by default. With the Nintendo multi-out you can also use RGB or S-Video if your cable and display/upscaler support it (cables not included unless noted).

Will it work on a modern HDTV?

Many TVs still accept composite. For best results, use a compatible upscaler (e.g., RetroTINK/OSSC) with the correct cable for your setup.

Shipping, taxes, and delivery time

We ship from Japan by UPS, or Japan Post for small parcels (sometimes FedEx or DHL), with tracking. Ships in 1–3 business days. After that, UPS usually takes 2–5 business days, and Japan Post usually takes 1–3 weeks. Import taxes/duties are paid by the buyer according to your country’s rules.

Can you bundle items or combine shipping?

Yes—add items to cart and check out together. If you need a custom bundle (e.g., console + specific games), message us.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind. You pay the return shipping cost. Please check the photos of the exact item before you buy if the look matters to you.
