The console has scuffs and scratches. The cover for the EXT BUS port is missing. The included TEN NO KOE 2 has scratches and minor dirt. The controller has scuffs and scratches, and features built-in turbo (rapid fire) functionality. An official power adapter and cables are included.
Three games are included:F1 CIRCUS, F1 CIRCUS '91, and SPACE HARRIER (HuCARD only, no cases or manuals).
