A legend of Japanese engineering — the Sharp Twin Famicom, merging the Family Computer and Disk System into one sleek, all-in-one machine. This black AN-505-BK model embodies late-’80s elegance, designed for players who wanted both cartridge and disk adventures without the tangle of cables.
Used. Tested and working. New Japan-made rubber belt installed. Instruction manual and Styrofoam inner tray are not included.
The console and both controllers show light scuffs and scratches. The controllers feature a rapid-fire (auto-fire) function. Includes an official power adapter and third-party cable. The box shows wear: scuffs, scratches, tears, dents, creases, and stains.
The Styrofoam inner tray is not included. We will pack the console securely with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
This Twin Famicom plays both standard Famicom game cartridges and Famicom Disk System game disks.
Note: Many Twin Famicom units fail to read disks due to aged belts. Since this unit has a newly replaced belt, you can enjoy Disk System games right away.

What We Did Before This Ships
Every console we sell is opened up and serviced by hand.
We don't just confirm it powers on — we look inside.
This unit was fully disassembled and cleaned internally; dust was removed from all components.
All boards and electrical contacts were cleaned with ethanol and a fast-drying, residue-free electronics cleaner to remove oxidation and residue.
Moving mechanical parts were lubricated with a light application of silicone grease for smooth, quiet operation. (We do not apply grease to electrical contacts — they are cleaned only.)
Electrolytic capacitors are replaced only when there is visible corrosion or leakage — nothing more, nothing less. For console families known for capacitor failure, a full recap is performed as standard.
If a console cannot be properly restored, we do not sell it.
After reassembly, the unit is tested with an actual game: video, sound, and controller input are all confirmed.
Before we seal the box, we power the console on one more time and confirm it is still working.

A note on power: this console uses Japan's 100V standard. Buyers in North America (120V) are advised to use a step-down transformer or a multi-voltage power supply; buyers in Europe (230V) will require a step-down transformer to use an original 100V adapter safely.
A note on region: This is a Japanese Sharp Twin Famicom. It combines the Famicom and the Famicom Disk System in one unit, and accepts all standard Famicom cartridges and Disk System titles. North American NES cartridges (72-pin) are not compatible without an adapter, as the Twin Famicom uses the same 60-pin connector as the original Famicom.
